Well, I may have inherited my Daddys love for cooking... I decided I would make this dreary day count-I was in a cooking mood! 2 Mexican Spaghettis, chicken stew, Poppy Seed Chicken, a large creamy chicken pasta, and spaghetti sauce: all frozen! Then our New Years black eyed peas, cabbage, cornbread, and tilapia with crabmeat sauce! All this, while my Hubby and eldest Son put up all the indoor decorations and placed everything back in order! Just got to take down the outside now, but it is too cold for that now! Tonight we are going to REST! Thankful today for all our modern conveniences!
