Well I think I have to take a trip back to the oral surgeon. The on side of the gum, when the tooth was dug out, has been swollen. Not infected swollen but sore, more then it should be at this point. So I felt around with one of my fingers and felt a very sharp edge under the swollen gum. Its either a piece of the tooth they missed or its a bone spur. Either way I believe they are going to have to go back in and shave it down. Going to call them first thing tomorrow.
