Well, Im pretty stoked. I trundled off to a Rock meets Classic concert, not totally sure what it would be, other then that I was keen for some of the bands. Getting there, I realised I was well out of the intended demographic by about three decades - And that the entire act were the singers Kim Wilde (Were the kids of ammeerriicaaa), Midge Ure (Ultravox), Mick box and Bernie Shaw (Uriah Heep), Jon Lynn Turner (Rainbow) and of best of the best Alice Cooper - All of whom were backed by an entire Bohemian Orchestra and rock band. It was brilliant! They covered so many classic, even flicking out of their own songs for others like Another brick in the wall and a few Deep Purple tracks...Alice Cooper fully creeped out with fake blood and gore during his songs. Age has only made him creepier. (So good!) All in all, a brilliant success. It had a really nostalgic feeling, to see the majority of people singing along and really getting into the music that they had first heard when they were my age. It was also hilarious because they all had German accents.
