Well, Im relatively new to slow cooking, but tonight I decided to experiment with making porcupines in the sc. Same as the recipe for an oven only I didnt add any water to the tomato soup (2 cans because we love having it with mashed potato) as I was worried it would end up too watery. Omg, Im hooked. This week Ive made the cinnamon scroll, my daughter made fudge and Ive cooked chicken and cashews, sweet and sour pork and a chicken curry... The meats in each dish just fell apart, absolutely yummy!! Thank you to those who provide recipes.... :-)
