Well Im still pain free and feeling pretty dam good currently. Im eating a clean but not entirely raw diet, I eat grains but try not to eat much wheat or barley, eat meat and eggs but not a lot of dairy, just cheese sometimes, eating lots of fruit and veg of course and eating six times per day. I also eat yogurt now and then but trying to use coconut yogurt and adding fruits for flavour. Apart from balancing the diet I take 3 magnesium pills a day, 2 vitamin C pills, a Rhadiola and have a ginger/lemon grass tea of a morning and chase tree berry, peppermint tea at night. All seems to be good now to get Mr Peter on track.
