Well, Moms day began at 6:30am & just now leaving Barnes. Moms surgeon only saw one small spot (about like last time) on MRI & believes its either inflammation or possibly scar tissue. She will have another MRI in January but for now, this is good news. The medical team at Barnes is fantastic so we believe & have faith in them. Mom will begin chemo again the day after Thanksgiving, but today is considered a good day. I believe its now time for a slice of pie to celebrate the baby steps in life. Our family hopes that everyone has a wonderful & safe Thanksgiving. Give a few extra hugs to your loved ones & remember that each day is a blessing.
