Well .. NickMom .. How about me? The mother of a girl with short hair. What does that say about me? I think - I would be the mum of a girl who has been allowed to express herself through her haircut and who hasnt been constrained by the norm. She doesnt like long hair. It gets in her food and in her eyes and she would have to brush the knots out all the time. We tried once when she wanted to grow it but she got fed up with it. The bonus is .. no screaming hair brush sessions and no trying to get plaits symmetrical. So .. why isnt there a short hair option there? Girls have short hair too!
