Well Pete is exhausted and falling asleep in the chair he put himself in to keep from hitting the floor. He figured that would be better than causing more problems... He got taken down to dialysis much later than usual, due to the talk with the doc, then they immediately took him down to mapping to see if the surgeon can figure out the best course for the fistula to be placed in his upper left arm. He got back and was washing up when he realized how exhausted he was, and luckily made it to the chair. Th fistula happen before he leaves here which would save an outpatient trip, one less thing to do when he gets out of here. He is going to have dialysis daily for the time being to see if it will get his numbers down which have been too high continually. The Uremia from the CRF (Chronic Renal Failure) has given him HBP (High Blood Pressure), (something neither he or I have ever had, our normal is 90/50,) along with the decreased appetite (a couple of bites of anything and he is done), the nasty stomach and metallic mouth. If we can get the numbers down that will help the Uremia which in turn will reduce the other symptoms, hopefully. Thanks for the support, I read them to Pete, tell him who is watching (likes) and it keeps us connected to the outside world. I am gonna try to get him back into bed so he can hopefully sleep more than a few hours...he really wants to sleep in our bed again. Later.
