Well, Scott, myself , and my mom down in Orlando to see My brother Jerry. He was moved to hospice on Thursday evening, about the time we arrived. We spent the day with him yesterday. He is not too responsive but at least his extreme pain can be managed here. It is a very helpless feeling I feel. Today mom and Scott went in.Then my mom and I will move closer to the facility when Scott leaves tomorrow. As I look around at all of the palm trees and feel the warmth of the sun, I do not feel much better. I love it down here but the loss I am already feeling is extreme. I just hope when the time comes to leave this earth Jerry will be somewhere with no more pain and suffering. Scott has, as always, been our rock. My mom is losing a son and I am so happy to be with her at this extremely emotional time. It is amazing the strength that the love of a family brings at times like this.
