Well, They Cannot Say That I Didnt Warn Them!!! Now they WILL Pay for that Indiscretion! I told the hospital staff, the lower administrators, doctors, etc. that thaey should listen to me that I knew what was wrong with me medically (has to do with a difficult tooth extraction in Jan 2013). They choose not to believe me because, it is a well known facts, especially in makt missbruk instances, like wit Socialen and the Polis that once they make a decision, right or wrong, they never admit they made a mistake...they will defend that bad piece of judgment to the end. I have been here in Sweden 10 years and while I have been in business from the moment I got off the boat, so to speak, I have found it much easier to deal with other EU countries with mentalities more similar to the USAs than Swedish businessmen. This is not to say there arent plenty of exceptions, including my business partner at AUTO24, Christian Lydén. I find Christian a very sharp mind and he reminds me more of me, than I care to admit. It is because of him and him alone that Ive decided to wrap bricks and mortar around myself here in Sweden, yet en gång till! My previous 2 endeavors with bricks and mortar inom Sverige ,ended up with my disappointment in dealing with Swedes. In both cases, I was lied to and businesses taken from me not because of anything, but a 180 reversal on promises, those that I trusted in, to tell the truth and both were because of rental properties my businesses were on. In 2009 I opened the Barbourosa Oasis - An Alfresco Lido Strand Adventure Resort concept by starting with a small restaurant in Sävelund in Alingsås. That was the blue/grey house on Skruvgatan 1, on the corner of Bilprovning in Alingsås and the corner of the modt direct route to the mega store,JordNara. I invested hundreds of thousands of SEK to bring a fine American & Intl Rstaurant to an Industrial område 1½ km from Centrum, but one with a clearly defined market, which my MBA Valedictorian mind and 164 IQ, had no problem tapping into. Thinking always, outside the box, I became the first restaurant to deliver lunches to the some of the many thousands of arbetare to the area. My American thick juicy Hamburgers at 250 grams and 100kr price tag, which everyone told me was too much for these guys to pay, didnt know the determination of Jim Barbour, The Crazy American. I sold sometimes 100/day...no problem, and many just came to the restaaurant to pick up 4-6 for them and their buddies. That smell of my BBQ outdoor grill sucked in all those hungry souls waiting for their cars to be inspected at Bilprovningen too, a mere 40 meters away! Why cook them indoors and hide that succulent aroma of REAL AMERICAN Burgers on a grill. We were an immediate success. So what Happened?...My hyresvärd, got jealous of my success and tried to open his own new business in town, to show me the way Swedes did things. Opening a small New Auto Parts store on Kungsgatan, proved to be Peters undoing. I told him, despite being on Kungsgatan, he was at the wrong end of it for walk in traffic. Besides Mekonomen, an excellent auto parts chain, had inventories, hundreds of times bigger than his and was also well known, not only in Alingsås for good service and prices, but throughout Sweden. like a McDonalds! I recommended against his venture, but he did it anyway. Sure enough, within 1 year of operatio, and almost no business but with mounting bills, Peter was facing konkurs. His solution!! ... was to sell the only asset he had left besides his own house and a beat up car, the property on which my restaurant sat. I wasnt interested because the building itself while stucturally fine, was neer properly insulated. All windows and walls needed to be re-iisolerad. This was an expense not worth it for the price he needed to have. In the end, he found a sucker in JordNära themselves, who had lost all their boat business to those two young lads next to me who had entered the boat seeling, in addition to repair, literally taking 100% of the business from JordNära. JordNäras solution???. was to overpay Peter for a building utrustad as a fine restauranr...now closed down simply to store boatson and a big sign trying to redirect boat buyers back to them and away from the two boys...Bad choice JordNära. So, Peter staved off bankruptcy but not till he at least reimbursed me 50,000kr of my investment,or Id refuse to an early departure from my lease. I got my money and left there only to reopen my biggest project to date in Sweden, the Barbourosa Oasis Dagligen Hälso & Självkännedom Kursgård in Ljurhalla Ljurs Kvarn,, a ställe to later become known also as the Barbourosa Oasis Äventyr Resort! That was another disappointment as I invested 2MM SEK personally on the promise, not only of a long term lease, but also the first right of refusal, in the event of sale. The owners, no sooner than when it was complete, used bedrageri to regain ownership and possession of the property. I have now prepared a lawsuit for 4MM against them that will see the courtroom in 2015. I will be my own advokat, as I have already been for others successfully in dozens of cases and also in front of other myndigheter, like Familjnämnden and the like on behalf of my Psykologi Sverige Fri Rådgivning Klinik-https://facebook/groups/248753911883624/. In 120 closed cases to date helping others with myndigheter problems, I am proud to say my record is untarnished at 120 victories and 0 losses. That brings us back to my original plight. Doing business in Sweden while surrounded with such maktfull missbruk surrounding me. I told the doctors, dentists, nurses and hospital admins what my problem was but they chose instead to look everywhere else for a solution to my ailment, all the time denying me the one thing I requested from the very beginning, an MRI. They have fought me every step of the way because of the expense of an MRI, yet in 2 years now have spent 100X that amount trying to cure me their way. So, I told them, give me my MRI by Dec 15th before my planned business and wedding trip to the Alps and wedding in Chamonix, France, now both cancelled because still without no MRI or cure for my ailment, these benevolant doctors have me on a körförbjud list because of my narcoleptic symptoms associated with my ailment.
