Well. Very proud of hauling out desk full of old drawings, writings and Random Thoughts. Old letters, etc. large piles of papers to be cleaned up and sorted so I decided to take a healthy break and cooked three Summer Squash from Steph"s garden. I wandered onto the back deck with them...all the sunny chairs were filled with cats. I had a fork, but I picked one up and bit into it, yummy, but all of a sudden there was something really hard and metallic and I was not able to swallow or breathe. Lurching aound the deck I kept throwing myself on edges of chairs, scaring cats and me. I grabbed the gate,maybe thinking of getting help, altho our neignbor had gone fishing. slipped and went headfirst down three stairs.as I hit the last step the thing shot out of my throat..ahh. When the wheezing and croaking stopped I looked for it....a penny!! a penny grown in the squash! How weird was that. Felt weird so I cut a small piece of watermelon from the wedge id bought at the market. Yuck...a really nasty black bug in it. While I am very glad to be breathing...I am DONE withhealthy today. I know where there is a Skybar in the living room. Its going to come on the deck with me as Lunch while I apologize to he cats for disturbing them. And is that a lucky penny or an unlucky penny?
