Well Well! I have been blocked from commenting Animal Arks Page and my comment has been deleted along with anyone else who dared to ask exactly which rescues they have given any funds to? I do not find this surprising as over the weekend I contacted as many Rescues in ireland and I could and asked them what if any Funds or Food or support they have received from them? And of a good percentage who replied Not one of them has ever received any money and in some cases where Food (nearing its sell by date) was donated this was brought uninvited to a couple of Rescues and the person delivering made sure to take photos, these photos were then later used on The Arks Page and Website. Of the Four Rescues mentioned in the about section of their Facebook two have asked them to remove their names as Animal Ark have not not ever did give them any support or funds only cheap dog food that was near the sell by date, one Dog rescue coolronan had this to say Hiya Belinda they gave me some food before but thats all I ever got from them. Geraldine Haskins the mother of the group defriended me a few months back cause I challenged her about a dog they put in to foster last April and they wont answer any calls from the foster and left her with all the medical bills they are pure scum I am still waiting on a couple of replies but its interesting that not a single one has ever had any support financially and in some cases some are infuriated that these so called Scratch Card Sellers are using their names to collect - yes collect - Money saying it is for whatever local Rescues locality they happen to be in and when challenged they then become agressive and disappear to spring up in some other town or rural area. Only the other evening a woman knocked on my door in Drimnagh and said she was collecting on behalf of Animal Ark for Local Rescue and they have also deleted my questions about this. If anyone out there reading this can think of a Rescue who I might have missed please ask them to PM me and confirm if they have received any funds or food from this Questionable Operation. I am Fact Gathering at the moment so anyone who has any pertinent information, emails or copies of messages etc., please PM me. I WONT LET THIS REST.
