Well after 2 hours on the phone with Verizon....my phone is working and I will not have to pay the 10,000+ bill. All 4 of the numbers on my account got flipped. Flipping is when they get your account information and change your numbers to their phone. I got two emails I thought from Verizon ...one wanting me to update information for my employe discount and one about an order I placed. I did place the order but they then used that fact to get more info. While I was on the phone with the fraud department they were still making calls to Cuba with my number:(. Verizon said NEVER give info through an email or text! Always log into your account from your computer!
