Well, after a long day, our big boys, Jerricho and Apache, are safely transported and settling into their new respective homes. Both did well loading and rode fine to their new barns. Apache has his own paddock and stall, while Jerricho has two new girlfriends. No complaints from either so far !! LOL It was tough to see them go, but they now have a great new life ahead of them with wonderful people who will love and care for them. I was able to head to Chincoteague Island very early on Saturday for Fall Round Up and to see many great friends throughout the day. Beautiful ponies, some tasty food, a little shopping and a glass of wine with more friends before heading back to the farm. A fantastic day before a long winter !! We had visitors today who were on Chincoteague Island for the Fall Round Up this weekend and stopped by the CPR on their way home to Michigan. Director Michelle Z. also stopped in for some Chinese Food and a visit on her way home to Pennsylvania. A grand week and weekend to say the least.
