Well, after much soul-searching, Pierson has decided to resign his spot on the National Team that will be competing in the World Juniors in Namibia this August. For the first time since squash entered his life, he is taking a summer off from squash. Pierson will be traveling in Europe for a good part of the summer, and he would not have been able to do this and to train. Also, since the Commonwealth Games are in July this year, World Juniors was moved to August, and he would have been getting back home barely in time to get to Yale for his first day. It was a tough decision, but the right one for him. Now, on to college squash at Yale!
