Well apart from getting stranded in Aberdare for 2 hours, today has been an awesome day! Trained shoulders with my coach (IFBB Pro James Llewellin), had good feedback about my condition. Had 2 deliveries when I got back, 1 was from Hard Wear Gym Apparel with a loads of goodies as they have kindly agreed to sponsor me with my training kit. The other was from Scitec Direct with a starter pack of goodies from them. After a quick chat on the phone this afternoon I can confirm I am now sponsored by Scitec Direct, they will be supporting me on my journey.
