Well, as if things were not hectic enough already, I start back to school (again) tomorrow. Graduated with Associates in Financial Services (& Certificate in Bus. Admin-Cust Svc) this past May; but with all the computer-related courses Ive taken in the past (and all the general requirements out of the way), I only need 10 courses to complete my Associates in Computer Information Technologies (w/ a Certificate in Help Desk Operations) -- Soooo, why not go ahead an knock that out, too! Yes, I could have went on to get a BA in Accounting or Business, but my desire is to move into a Business System Analyst type role one day -- so, I really need a little of both - Business & IT...Already have a Cert. in Computer Programming - but that doesnt do too much. And, anyone that knows me, knows that I cant seem to do anything the easy way -- so, while I only need 10 classes, Im taking 6 of those 10 this semester, all online, through good ole FTCC. This semester could be interesting, though... since all 6 of my courses are computer/internet/networking related... Ill probably be a basket-case 1/2 way through! :/ However, I am way too proud of my 3.8 GPA to mess around and destroy it now! Im also thankful for my VERY supportive, loving hubby, Larry Girard II -- because, without him, I never would have been able to graduate last time... He takes on A LOT of extra responsibility so I can be a full-time employee and a full-time student --but, then again, hes pretty awesome like that! :)
