Well everyone, this is my official goodbye to Facebook. Yesterday - TopicsExpress

Well everyone, this is my official goodbye to Facebook. Yesterday the court ordered that Caroline and I eliminate all our social media accounts because what I am saying is upsetting them. The fact that I am publicly standing up for my right as a man and as a father upsets them. So I am being forced to leave all social media. Even though I have had medical professionals, family witnesses, and other personal witnesses testify that I am not a danger to my children and do not warrant supervised visitation with my children, they continue to not listen nor do what is in the best interest of Abby. They give me more hoops to jump through and dont care at all that Caroline continues to keep Abby from me. The guardian for Abby has never even attended a visitation to see how we interact with one another, or questioned most of my witnesses, yet renders an opinion against me. All that continues to happen is I am looked at as a bad parent no matter what evidence I present them. No matter how many times I go to court to fight to see my children. In the courtroom there is no atmosphere of lets try to compromise and work something out for the best interest of Abby the only atmosphere that is there is lets attack the father and do everything we can to make this as hard for him as possible That is why family court is so stressful and does not yield good outcomes. There is not a spirit of compromise but a spirit of competition and producing a Winner and when that happens the child Looses. I will continue to fight for fathers rights. I will continue to fight for my rights. If anyone wants to reach out to me call or text me at 304-531-8127. I will also continue to play an active role in The West Virginia Parents Rights Organization as their Vice President. The is not over. I am not giving up. If anyone sees Caroline Clendenen on any social media outlet please let me know as she is to delete all her accounts as well. (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) Ashley Poff will also continue posting updates about the case. She too will remain an active part of The West Virginia Parents Rights Organization as the President. Thank you everyone who has prayed and supported me through this battle. Its not over and your continued prayers and support are greatly appreciated.
