Well first day of vacation from work (to be home) and I need a vacation from my vacation... Dakota woke me up at 230 this morning coughing up a storm and smelling very oddly of Vicks vaporub (more on this later,) he stayed up until about 430 and passed out on me in bed. Dallas woke up at 530 coughing and we passed out on the couch together. Daddy couldnt help with it because he took his own medicine before bed as were all fighting the same cold. Daddy is now at work all day and Mommy is already tired for the day. Then, about an hour ago, Dallas and I are watching Paw Patrol (because that is the ONLY show they will watch right now) and Dakota comes to me with a right had full of poop and says icky so I have to sweep him into the bathtub IMMEDIATELY. On the way to the bathtub, I find out that he has also emptied an ENTIRE jar of Vicks onto the side of his bed and the carpet next to it. Great, Daddy just cleaned the carpets throughout the whole house right before Christmas. To top it off, while Dakota was busy making poopy murals in my hallway, Dallas finds a half full can of Mountain Dew and spills the whole thing behind the couch. I am so thankful for nap time right now! #toddlermommy #twinmommy #twintots
