Well folks, here it is. After 9 weeks of cruising the Coral Sea, working on Caring For Cars, getting jobs done around the house becoming addicted to, and breaking the addiction to Youtube episodes of Time Team, looking after Jess, fixing stuff Ive been meaning to fix for ages, and having knee surgery, Im proud to announce that as of 8:30AM Monday, I begin my dream job selling boats and accessories at Mr Boats on Dyers Rd. As some of you know, I love cars, but Ive always been crazy about boats. Any sort, from racing keelers with Natural Magic, to Maadi Cup rowing, to blasting around Akaroa water skiing, wake and knee boarding, to wind surfing and dinghy sailing. The latest buzz is getting the kids keen on water sports. I can recall going for family drives with my parents in the 70s down Dyers Rd and stopping with Dad to check out the boats. And now I get to share the magic of boating with others! Yee ha!! Oh, and theres a big promo on this weekend coming, so now, rather than being the jock at a promo, Im the client! Lol!!
