Well good news is they can fix Jacobs feet. But it will involve a major surgery, 2 months unable to bear weight on legs, a week of intesive therapy at Shriners after cast come off, then surgery in a year to remove rods and screws. They will have to do bone graphs in his feet to give him an arch, break both lower legs and realign them, and realign both hips. I dont know what I expected but thats alot for this Momma to take in. I know its the right thing and Im 100% sure we have the best doctors and medical team but it sure sounds scary. Jacob is upset too. He is most worried about being in a wheel chair for 2 mths. He excited that they have camo and glow in the dark cast though. We dont have a date yet but it will probally be September or October.
