Well got here and it is so so cold, to be precise when we landed it was -19 degrees C - luckily with no windchill. The approach had some fantastic views as you can see from the first picture and driving through the city to the hotel everywhere was full of snow and ice and on some of the buildings the icicles were up to about two foot long. Inside the lovely warm hotel it was all christmassy with a beautiful tree and the best gingerbread display I have ever seen - really beautiful :) :) Off to bed now - might venture out later - be safe and mindful all :)
