Well, got my first day on the phones was a definite eye opener! Seems like someone just flicked on the Off switch on my brain and drained my memory on all the stuff Ive been learning for the last few weeks! I think I set a record for people hanging up on me! But did manage to get SOME peoples phones fixes. Funny story, though, some teenaged boy tried to add a cell phone he found to his mothers account. Had her credit card and passwords, so it was all correct...until SHE found him on the phone, grabbed it, and hung up! That made my day and had me laughing for a while!
