Well hi there loves so Ive been down and out for about a month now due to knee surgery and now that Im all healed up its back at it to getting this body ready for summer here are some really simple arm exercises that you can do at home to help build muscle and strength ... Modified stair push-ups I did 3x30 also Walk down high planks make sure you slap on each shoulder walk back up this one was a tough one for me lol but practice makes perfect ..... And then Pike push ups each 3x30!!!
