Well it has been a very busy couple of weeks..getting everything ready for the Gold Cup, collecting my foreign visitors from the Airports and taking them back, fitting in sight seeing around lifting preparations, and then the big event itself. Well it is finally all over and the gym is restored back to its normal self, and I am getting now to think about some of the great things that happened during that time which all went by in a whirlwind. I was so pleased that my old buddy from near Boston Massachusetts was able to make the trip, Frank has been over many times before but not since 2001. In 1998 I had a photo with another great friend and several times IAWA World Champion: Steve Angell and Frank Ciavattone and my self after the IAWA World Championships in Leicester. We called it The 3 Amigos well during Franks stay Steve Angell travelled up from Buckinghamshire to see Frank and me and we re created the picture 16 years later...The Three Amigos part 2 Lol! It was a truly great moment for us....memories!!!
