Well, it is after midnight it is now October 22. I am now 50 years old! OMG!! I just cant believe it ! My body feels older, my mind wonders and forgets things, but I just can not make my self believe that I have been on this good earth that long. But these few moments alone will be all I have so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME We had to put my daddy in the hospital Friday. They kept him for 3 days and put him in rehab for 21 days and when he leaves there they said he will be put with hospice. This new Doc put Exelon patches on him he wore them for 4 days and they went against him. I spoke with another Doctor on line and he told me to take them off. But it was to late. The ER Doctors said he would never be right again. it was the patches and with his other problems and meds he should have NEVER been on them. So doing all of this for my mom and daddy. Trying to get mom to understand what to say and not to say taking care of a diabetic dog and a husband that is worse than a kid, and makes sure that I know what time he gets up and goes to work ever morning. He is off all week. I just hope his family doesnt think that he does stuff for my mom and dad like his brothers do for their in-laws. My mom has to PAY someone to do anything for them, well some of their neighbor come and put out their trash and help left daddy if he falls if she calls they come, but she pays some guy to cut her grass, a friend of mine from the Sheriff Dept. has come by and built a deck and ramp and other things for a lot less than anyone else could and it is done right. Plus I have friends that have teenagers that stop by and so odds and ends for gas money sometimes they wont even take it ($) thats how good the kids are. So When he goes to cut the hedges at a house that his mother or no one even lives in! He is doing something. But when we go out to mom and daddys for B-days and holidays he will ask is there anything that they want him to do? Mom says she hates to ask him she knows what time he goes to work too, and that he has a bad back and knee and elbow because she calls every night and checks on us or goes to the Docs with us. We only hear from him mom about once every couple of months or if she needs him to do something .Sssshhheeewwwww this has felt good getting this out, this off my chest my birthday will still be lonely and maybe a little sad, but at least I got to tell somebody.
