Well it is not physically located in the Matanuska Susitna Valley but I am sure lots of people in the Valley may order from them online. If this post is not allowed, feel free to delete it, but I just wanted to make people aware that they SHOULD NOT ORDER from Woman Within that is shown in the online ads here on FB. I ordered more than $100.00 worth of clothing from them, the order was sent out from their distribution point by Fed Ex and once it got to Alaska, the order was turned over the the Post Office in Alaska and Woman Within does not require a customer signature as proof of delivery. The package was dropped on my doorstep while I was in recovery from a stroke and now someone in my neighborhood is wearing my new clothing. I did not even know the package had been delivered until I saw the charge on my credit card statement. I called the company and explained the situation, but the company just sent me a We are sorry for your medical issues..... type of form letter and stated that I was still responsible for the payment for the order. I have exhausted all means of trying to track down the order but to no avail. This company could care less about their customers....all they care about is their bottom line. They sent the order out and whatever happened to it from their is not their responsibility....it is yours.
