Well, its been an emotional day for me. In a moment of weakness and my dog lover side coming out (ha ha ) Thursday night. .a plea for help was posted on Save A Labs Facebook page. My wonderful son, Jon drove with me to Newnan to pick up 6 puppies who had survived 11 degree temps on Wed night and being shot at thrusday night and Momma running away.. when we got there mom thank goodness had been found. ..mommma and 6 puppies were put in my car and back home we came. well today my sweet momma dog went to her foster home and i cried! She is a very sweet dog who deserves the best. .. 4ish years old and 7 litters later, living outside. ..to no more puppies and a great life! so happy to have been able to help...miss her.. amazing how attached you can get. Tomorrow the 6 puppies will be reunited with three found later after we left to come back to Atlanta... people who do rescue every day. .. my heart goes out to you! I have a new respect for this.
