Well its time for another rant from yours truly. First let me say that handicap parking in Arkansas requires that you have a letter from your doctor stating that you are disabled enough that you need not walk or roll too far from your destination. It appears there are those who dont care about that. At the local super center today I took the attached pictures of an individuals vehicle parked in such a manner as to block access to the vans rear door. This individual drove into the spot, got out of the car and jogged unto the store. I wish I could jog again. After fifteen minutes or so he returned got in the car and left, pulling forward and out the wrong way. Totally unsafe, total lack of consideration for anyone elses needs and obviously no concern for yellow lines and handicap parking signs. What do you do? Police are too busy to patrol parking lots. Im too old to fight someone who obviously is in better shape than I am. Just fume I guess. Yall take care. I feel better now .. Goodnight all.
