Well just got back from my walk. Got out a little later than usual and it is hot out there! Since I got in late last night I decided not to risk walking at 10 on a Friday night in my neighborhood...so I walked a little further today. Felt good! May just do that all the time now. Yesterday morning when I was walking an older gentleman walked across the street and told me he admired me walking like I do. He said the window facing the road was his office and he sees me walking by and just wanted to tell me. That was very nice of him. Hope everyone has a good day today!
