Well kids, after another sobering experience at the dentist today ... if i could offer some advice ... I would say, for one thing, dont drink soda, ever! ... & do everything the dentist tells you ... & seriously, go get regular cleanings & the preventative stuff ... If you get to the point where you have to do work on your gums to come back to a point where you can have any work done on your teeth, its just not fun... I drank a lot of soda when i was young ... I pretty much quit around 1998, but between that & bad genetics, im lucky you cant see all the damage i did & all the problems im paying for now... Im lucky im taking on this stuff when i am, but i wish i could go back & do things differently to avoid this. On the bright side, St. Francis Dental center, is really helping me get on a path towards a healthy smile & id like to recommend them to anyone in search of a good dentist :)
