Well ladies and gentlemen the wave is building. We have people paying attention. We have to send a united message to the Calcasieu Parish School Board that we the people will not accept we can fix it next year or we cant stop it now. As I informed Mr. Laroque tonight Yes Mr. Laroque we can stop it. It may take some work, it may even cost a little money. We are not coming to you with just a problem. We are bringing you a solution and even the most effective way to implement it. Instead of taking up for the administration for their failures you should be figuring out how to hold them accountable. It is important to continue to inform yourselves on the issue. One thing was brought up tonight I have been researching but wasnt really informed enough to comment but will go ahead and do so since it was brought up. Common Core is bad as we know but there is another program that is as bad or worse in fact the same people in our state helping fund the common core have helped develop the Jump Start Program. Common Core is a data gathering tool, Jump start is the way that data will be used to guide your child into a career path. Sounds good right? What if your child doesnt get to choose their path? Welcome to Jump Start. The central planners are doubling down people. Its up to us to stop them. God Bless you all for showing up tonight. These types of events built and molded our country into what it is today. Its time to take our country back. Our children deserve no less.
