Well last night makes the second night this months our neighbors friend has left completely so wasted the first time he was vomiting off the porch, took off driving without headlights, and last night he walked straight off the porch on his face to the concrete slab. Next time he needs knocked out. Theres a difference in having a drink but when you cant even walk thats a bit excessive. Im going to have to move before my daughters old enough to know whats shes seeing. God forbid a family be driving home from church or something and get swiped by that drunk idiot.
