Well my Storm has loss use of her back legs this week. While I dont think she is in any pain she has been in the same spot all day. She wont even get up for food and water. I had to bring it to her. I will be calling the Vet in the morning. I am so upset I have been crying for 2 days. I dont want keep her here in misery because I dont want to let go. For 13 years she has been my best buddy, companion, the Thelma to Shameccas Louise and protector of our family. She has always been there for me and it is my honor and duty to be there for her until the end if it is her time. This is the hardest decision I have ever had to make, I am so distraught. I just cant stop crying. The thought of her not running down the stairs when I open the door or not nudging me to get up for those 3am walks that she loves so much is just too much for me to deal with right now. It seems as though I will be spending much of my immediate days locked in my room with my memories and my tears. Definitely not taking any calls, texts, or anything else. I just want to be left alone.
