Well my appointment is right around the corner, next Wednesday the 8th and I must say Im a little nervous. Ive been battling problems with patella tendonitis in my knee the past 11 weeks, but I feel thats getting better, all and all my leg feels strong and I truly believe its healing. This visit will determine if my bone is filling in the gaps and healing on its own. I have been progressing weekly in the gym and PT and have added a clip of me today doing so called lunges (little off balance lol), fist time able to do them since accident so Im pretty stoked! I will post update after visit, thanks for all your support it means so much to me and my family.
