Well now,.. that was not favorable for me. I got to the physical therapy office only to find out that there was a mix up in billing. (New employees to break in!!). They had me for private pay when it should have been work comp. (No wonder I got in there easily). The new lady inquired about my work comp information, and I told her that it should all be in my file. The lady asked if “I” could contact the work comp carrier for the necessary information, and I told her that I was not permitted to speak to the carrier; that I would have to go through my Attorney. I then, politely, mentioned to her that the referring doctor has all the information which she required, or she needed to go through their own archives for the information. My appointment was rescheduled pending work comp approval. Good grief... here we go again!!
