Well obviously I didnt think that through! Getting a deer the first day +a pile of wood in mamas yard= 2 hours of fixing the wood splitter then splitting and putting in the basement until 6:30. Next year, if I get one, I stash it in the woods until the last day. But mommmmmy, I still have to hunt, I cant do chores. On the other hand, wood done the day before mama goes in for a new knee, my back gimped, but free room and board, home-cooked meals at the homestead hunting camp Wood fire tonight and mommy smiling ........priceless!!!!
