Well. once again we made the mistake of finding a house and falling in love with it before we sell this one, and now there is a contingency on that house. Have come to the conclusion that we are not meant to move from this house. Never been so discouraged in my life. Had no idea this whole process would prove to be this lengthy or depressing; has to be one of the biggest life stressors there is--one I never want to experience again.
