Well, one thing that makes CrossFit so difficult is that there is nowhere to hide from your weaknesses. I was taught this lesson once again by the CrossFit Gods. I have climbed a rope a million times, but for some reason combining it with holding a 70 lb kettlebell made for an embarrassing performance! Even worse than embarrassing myself, I feel I let my team down! In a Competition there is now where to hide. All I can do now is realize what I did well and feel accomplished for that and work on my weaknesses. In this case, grip strength! One of my favorite ways I have heard CrossFit described is, if you can take an ass kicking and keep coming back for more! Well, since quitting is never an option, I guess it is time to get back to work! After a few days rest lol. Thanks for being on my team Eric Gadd, Taylor Bachicha, and Nicole Marie Harvey! And thanks for coming through! You guys were awesome!
