Well people, Id like to thank everyone for putting up with all my Facebook posts on Independence for over 2 and a half years. Its taken over my life. It had to. Its so important. Ive always known I wanted Scotland to have its independence. I know WE the people can do it. As someone who has suffered very badly from anxiety and depression for many years it has taken a Herculean effort from me to force myself out the door to go canvassing and leafleting. For anyone, knocking on strangers doors in places not known, it would be a nerve wracking prospect. It was because I feel so strongly about getting our independence I literally forced myself out the door and into the welcoming arms of Inverkeithing Yes-Scotland. The first time I had to canvass I literally felt I was going to be sick, a mis-used phrase, but in my case absolutely real. I had to talk to myself, driving down, before doing it. I wouldnt do this if I had ANY reservations or doubts about Scotlands chances. Ive done my research, more than most. We can afford it, we dont need the UK. The UK is morally, socially and financially bankrupt. We are not. Finally thanks to Pamela Fletcher for putting up with me and being a Referendum Widow and Derek Rossborough for being with me most of the way to YES. Friend for life. VOTE YES!!!
