Well so far today lets see.....still in medical ICU... had trouble breathing.. bp thru the roof.. potassium sky high.. crea and BUN high...her co2 high from struggle and working hard to breath.. so doing urgent dialysis now trying to get at least 6 pounds off over 2. Hours..gave her fentanol to relax her so she isnt fighting against bipap to help her breath...renal drs feel labs show she is fluid overloaded..lung drs say xray shows fluid .. so praying she feels better to breath..nurse has said if needed breathing tube ( ventilator) if needed...praying NOT!!!!!
