Well, still trying to work through the permitting process. Getting a root canal seems like it would be more fun. Anyway, almost done... but that entails putting drywall to act as a thermal barrier, between the Insulated concrete forms and the panel walls, that are FRP, then steel (not shown in this product sample video) and insulation, with much the same on the other side. Anyway, because the product has not been rated at a lab, we can not assure them that the steel will not allow fire to get in and ignite the foam insulation. Thus we need to put drywall in the cavity where it will never dry out if it gets wet... Anyway, just so frustrating trying to go above and beyond and yet they were pushing to a drywall system that will need to be replaced in a couple years... Gubamint!
