Well still working 2 men short, and you would know, one of my star hands just had to have the night off. WTF ????. But I do have 2 men hired, but the hiring process is like 2 weeks. After the application is filled out, background check, hair Analysis drug test, and Two days of orientation, usually adds up to 2 weeks. I must admit the hardest part about hiring gate hands is, finding guys who tuff enough, can handle horses, and can pass the drug test.Yep, I have lost some goooooood hands to hands to that ole bad drug test.
