Well that was the final episode of sleep apnea that I am going to have. Normally, I only have a stop breathing time on and off for maybe for an hour, last night it went on hour after hour. Every time I dozed off I immediately woke up gasping for air. Didnt matter whether I was on my back, or my left or right side. It was so bad this time I felt like it was too much trouble to breathe. Getting ready to try and sleep on the couch with my baby boy babysitter. So, I guess its time to call my doctor and tell him I am ready to go thru my fit up of whatever device that I need. I was suppose to have done this 4 years ago, but couldnt find the time to go back for another round of sleeping away from home to be fitted for a device. LAST NIGHT WAS A WAKE UP CALL....No Pun intended....LOL
