Well the Christmas chaos has already descended on Barrons of Beef and we are already working flat out to get your orders freshly prepared and packed for collections but in order for us to keep things running as smoothly as possible please could we ask that you try to stick to your pre booked collection date if you can, we have had quite a few requests to change collection dates and whilst we will always do what we can to help you it really isnt very straightforward to do so as the running order and prep has been planned with military precision and making a simple change can actually take quite a while for the lads to do. We understand that in exceptional circumstances changes do indeed need to be made and we will of course always help in those situations. Also please forgive us if your inbox or page post goes unanswered for some time, we are not ignoring you but the guys at the shop simply dont have access to the page other than via Phils phone and not only is he flat out busy in the shop but he also managed to smash his phone and is currently waiting for a replacement to come via courier. I try my very best to reply where I can but I am also juggling 3 very excited / hyperactive children and I dont work in the shop so dont have access to the order book and stock lists which leaves me very limited when it comes to what I can reply to. We will still reply as and when we can but please keep in mind that replies may not be instant. It has actually taken me over 20 minutes to type this as babies snatch my phone, dogs steal baubles from the Christmas tree etc etc ;-)
