Well the trash pile behind my alley neighbors has been there two weeks now, gone through 2 trash pickup days without being cleared and I finally made it around to the other side of the street to get the complete address for a 311 complaint (the back of the garage was missing the last number, OF COURSE). So now lets see how long it takes to get this rental propertys trash picked up. Now that it has been rained on, picked through, and spread into the alley to create a driving obstacle.
