Well, there seems to be some discord brewing in obama land. Maybe we should call it never-never land. How great is the holy obamacare going?? I guess it would depend on who you ask. Until today!!! There was a congressional hearing this morning to question the contractors responsible for building this obamacare website. This was headed by members of BOTH parties. There were 4 companies in this hearing being questioned. All 4 gave a 5 minute introduction stating how good their work was and how great it was working. They would be happy to answer ANY questions. Well-- they got shredded by the committee conducting the hearing. You can go back, Im sure, and watch for yourself. When asked why they had problems and why or did the administration know about it, they replied that it wasnt their job to tell them it wasnt ready. Then the finger pointing started with each blaming the other. You would have to go see it for yourselves in order to hear all the crap they said. Both democrats and republicans tore them a new arse-hole. There are reports that 6 democrat senators are now calling for some kind of delay on the law on getting this insurance. It appears that there are serious problems. And guess what else? The leader of our country knew absolutely NOTHING about these problems before the october 1st launch. Imagine that. Please tell me if there are ANY leaders/presidents of ANY company in the US. would still have a job if they never knew ANYTHING that went on in their company?? How many people are going to throw themselves under the bus to protect this joke? Absolutely NO knowledge of ANYTHING that goes wrong he is unaware of. By the way, this company handling the obamacare website are also the ones in which you must give your personal information to when, OR if you can get on the site. Does anyone smell HACKERS???? How can they possibly protect your information when they cant get a system running right?? But, it is your information. One more thing. If anyone out there has the knowledge, please let us know. I searched this on the government website of the dept. of justice. The Sherman Act was passed in 1890 that prohibits monopolies from operating in the US. There have been deveral amendments added over the years, but basically this act states that no group or company or business could operate a monopoly. Here are some of the restrictions: 1) cannot establish or adhere to price discounts 2) cannot adopt a standard formula for computing prices 3) cannot adhere to a minimum fee or price schedule 4) cannot establish some type of policing mechanism to make sure that everyone adheres to the agreement. The government is try to create a uniform insurance operated by and governed by the government. They are setting the prices that can be charged. And penalties if you do not adhere to this. Of course the government doesnt think these laws pertain to them. Really!!! You can go to the website cafr1./Monopoly.html and see how they tried to make it so they could bypass its own monopoly laws. They are also prohibited from using bid suppression. obama did this by giving the contract for the obamacare website to a canadian company WITHOUT allowing it to be bid on, especially by an AMERICAN company. Smell funny yet?? OH but dont believe me, Im a dumbass.. Please go and check these things out for yourselves and your own protection.
