Well this has been a very interesting morning ~ I received a Comcast bill Saturday, a Stay Connected bill. Never receiving one before I saw the bill and nearly fainted!! I have a past due of $304!! I have never been past due ever!!! Of course when I read it calling immediately the office was closed. Soooooo first thing this morning I called and I am still on hold since 9 AM with listening to what they offer etc. I surmise there are plenty of people who received the same notice I did! Good thing I am a patient person, but I am determined to get to the bottom of it as I paid my October bill in September! I am pretty frustrated to say the least!!
