Well this is going to be a long one let me begin by saying some people do not see the big picture...... As a manager of a multimillion dollar business and a mother I am trying to figure out why parents will settle for 2 bad best for their children, as we visited Skyborn Skateland for a birthday party where shall I begin!!!!!!! Well lets start with supervision there is none, organization none, quality of skating floor disturbing a tore up floor on the rink with bubbling wood covered with a piece of carpet glued to the floor! Are you kidding me, trash on the skating floor, no floor guards, people skating any direction they want and people on the floor with there children in shoes???? I am amazed now lets move on to the cash office!!!!! A rabbit in a cage with bedding all over the floor in guest view???? Can we say health department!!!! Along with garage size kerosene heaters, thats a great smell to have around food, paneling falling off the building up top, now shall I move on to the snack bar team members wearing their dirty outdoor coats serving our children and us food and beverages!!!!!! Seriously am I just anal???? Well it gets even better they serve our children glass bottles of soda, yes I said it roller skates and glass bottles of soda????? Oh also dont forget the rabbit in a cage right across the way, hand washing?? Well now lets talk about the years and years of dust and the heating system that does not work, well this leads me to my final statement are you ready???? Wait for it!!!!!!! A OPEN FLAME EXTREMELY HOT PORTABLE HEATER on the skating floor yes I said it on the skating floor where my child any many other were skating fire,kids and roller skates are you kidding me!!!!!!!! My dream in life is to own a skating rink but surely not that way, am I the only parent who finds this wrong?????? Dangerous and absolutely ignorant????? As I brought it to the managers attention she says I am sorry I am a mother too. Well you work there and see knowing wrong are you kidding me!! Then you call your owner and she wants to talk to me and just give me excuses and sorries well no excuses I guess the threats of phone calls I will make Monday AM have you running scared....
