Well, this is me at my rehab Talbot in Renton Washington. If you look it up on Medicare you will note that they check out several different things about this place...how clean it is, food, and physical therapy On PT it is rated 3 *** star which is good and it is why I am here. I am not here for the best food, nor how clean it is. You should see the mold in the shower...ick. it is green and black. I guess Medicare has not gone in for a shower otherwise something would have been dome about it They were recently here and so the food method was changed. Once a week the chef comes around and asks me for Lunch and Dinner what I want. There is a pre-selected menu. One has a lot of Gluton ( which I cannot have very much) and then an alternate...like a chef salad that is ice berg lettuce and ham and maybe some fruit. I have already had a salad before in the meal. So i am stuck and usually leave and go have an Ensure Plus that Ed has brought for me to help keep my weight up. I have only lost six pounds while here. I am a skinny guy anyway and should not loose any more. I have a lot of candy and i love that ! Here is a video of my room. later.. time to eat something...or pretend at least!!!
